As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number.

To check the status of your order, simply visit our Track Your Order page (linked at the bottom of every page) and enter either your tracking number or your order number along with your email address.

Chapter One accepts returns on orders placed through our website within 14 days of delivery. To request a return, please fill out the contact form above, including your order number. Our Customer Care team will get back to you as soon as possible with the next steps.

Returned items must be in their original packaging with all labels intact, including the safety label. Items must not have been used, damaged, soiled, or altered in any way. If an item is returned in unsuitable condition, it will be refused and sent back to you.

How lucky you are! To use your gift card, simply enter the code at checkout to redeem it. Please note that if your order does not reach $120, the gift card cannot be applied to cover shipping costs.

The delivery time for your order depends on the shipping option you selected at checkout. Orders are typically delivered within 3 to 9 business days after processing.

Barring exceptional delays caused by the carrier, average delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 6–9 business days
• Premium Shipping: 3–5 business days
